Report:

We(admins, staff) Have witnessed personaly, or have seen the tell-tale signs of Xray use. As outlined in the server rules, it strictly prohibits Hacking, Xraying (including Modified clients, AND Texture packs) As well as abusing a glitch to gain an advantage( IE: fencepost xray, Piston xray, Duplication glitches, etc) Xraying, as well as any form of hacking is strictly prohibited on the server, and will result in a ban. We have gathered enough evidence in this report to prove Xraying to at least some Degree was involved, with ought a doubt. We did not come to this decision lightly, and we made a full investigation to prove,or disprove the possable use of Xray.

Secondly, the above post does not help this case at all.

i apologize for the use of an in game glitch, i should have read the rules more carefully. i really like the server and its community and i would really appreciate it if i could only receive a temp ban for my actions. (Jail) xD

You have been restored to the server, you will basically be starting over from scratch, all homes, property inventory creations have been removed. Your dat file has been reset. You will be on probation for 30 days and be monitored by the staff. If any staff member even suspects that you are exploiting, glitching in any way you will be banned again and since we are providing you a second chance you will be reported for such offences.
